Fantastic film - wanted it from the time I saw it in the cinema. Despite the it being in French the film is amazing. Suprisingly the subtitles didn't bother me at all.

Exceptional Romantic Comedy

Prete-Moie Ta Main is an hilarious French romantic comedy. Alain Chabat plays Luis, a a very happy and content single man who is pampered by his mother and sisters until one day they decide it is time for him to get married and start lining up women for him.To counter this he employs Emma (Charlotte Gainsbourg), his best friends sister to pretend that they are dating. The comedy all comes from the situations they find themselves in as they meet for various functions and get deeper into trouble with the pretence.

A wonderful romantic comedy

I've seen the film five times in French and can't wait for the English DVD. The acting is brilliant, the humour is delightful, and Charlotte Gainsbourg is irresistible (as always).This is Gainsbourg's funniest and most endearing film (second to "My Wife is an Actress").
